The garage features two bay doors and a side entrance door leading to the house. Its dimensions are 20' x 40'. The floor is concrete, and while there are some necessary repairs to the siding, one side has already been completed. During the replacement of the siding on the front facing the house, a French drain was also installed.

The majority of the property is located at the back of the house. Currently, we have a significant amount of equipment and vehicles on-site due to our businesses. However, when the property is sold, everything will be removed and the area will be cleaned up. The property features a gravel driveway, double gates, a pole barn, a two-story shed (one accessible from the road), and a metal shed.

We will likely be taking the white shed next to the garage with us.

The deck requires repairs but remains functional.
